At the end of June, the Charity Ride “Memorial Dirk De Meyer” took place. This third edition once again brought together dozens of motorcyclists and classic cars for a ride with a special purpose and a meaningful destination: De Meyer.

Charity Ride ‘Memorial Dirk De Meyer’ a lasting tribute with a warm heart
The ride is organised by Lions Club Waasland and is dedicated to our former CEO and driving force Dirk De Meyer. What started as a tribute has now grown into an annual tradition in which we continue Dirk's social commitment.
The proceeds from the trip will go to De Steiger, a non-profit organisation that supports people in vulnerable situations. Just as Dirk has done throughout his life, we are happy to do our bit in this way.
It is with great respect, gratitude and warmth that we look back on a successful edition.
