Our approach is truly a to z. Every step of the process is taken care of for you. Thus, as a customer, you are completely unburdened.
It starts with material preparation: taking in raw materials and converting them to rudimentary building blocks. Everything is cut, sawn, folded ...
We weld with all current welding techniques according to EN-1090 quality standards, including full quality assurance and documentation. Our machining takes care of all necessary machine operations from small to very large, from simple to very complex. Everything runs five-axis CNC-controlled, up to 12 meters in length and 3 meters in height.
We treat the surface with the most appropriate finish (blasting, painting, preservation ...). Then we assemble, integrating components such as electricity, hydraulics, ...
To keep the entire process running smoothly, the project teams monitor progress in terms of budget, timing, scope and quality. Everything is of course also in line with the QHSE standards for safety, health and environment. Thanks to our sophisticated facility management, our consumables and infrastructure are optimally available.
