It all starts with a vision, which we then translate into a feasible design. Because we are not only doers, we are also passionate thinkers.

Design & Engineering

A solution for everything
We sit down with our clients and brainstorm. You have a problem statement, we analyse and devise a solution together. We believe there is an answer for every issue. Even for things you didn't know could be better.
Co-creation
Collaboration is everything here. You count on a team of different profiles with diverse interests, backgrounds and expertise. Together with the clients, they form a close-knit team. We all pull on the same sail, noses in the same direction. Through this in-depth co-creation, we arrive at a design, which our mechanical designers translate into an elaborate, detailed 3D model.
VR-preview
This process uses 3D laser measurement and scanning, strength calculation and CFD analysis. But we like to go one step further. We provide a true 3D experience. Put on a pair of VR glasses and dive into a simulation of the new installation, even before it is built. This way you can really watch every step of the process in a very accurate simulation. You will know exactly what will be built in advance.
Everything in house
As a client, you will have nothing to worry about. That is why we discuss everything with an eye to future production and maintenance steps. The feasibility, installation and long-term maintenance have been calculated. This way, your model is future-proof, and completely within budget, timing and scope. No matter what happens, we are prepared.
Looking to the future
The expert team that considers your wishes is backed up by the internal research department and measurement department. The design is thoroughly substantiated by strength calculations, analyses, material properties, mechanical forces, you name it.As a final step, everything is converted into precise workshop drawings and targeted work preparation (bills of material, bills of labor). And so we are ready for the next phase: manufacturing the product.
For De Meyer, literally and figuratively, no water is too deep.
