Downward lock gates in Zemst replaced in six days: teamwork at its best!
In Zemst, the downward lock gates and their accessories were successfully replaced within a tight schedule of just six days.
An impressive achievement, made possible by meticulous preparation and the efforts of three teams who worked day and night, including during the weekend.
De Meyer was commissioned by HYE NV to carry out the mechanical work and, at the same time, also worked on a parallel project, commissioned by Artes Group, involving “Electromechanical equipment on two ship doors”.
